Rules of ground transportation UIA
1. Group transportation

If passengers under the age of 18 travel with a third party on a domestic flight in Ukraine, the parents are required to receive a receipt for permission to travel with a child with a person of the following type. 1 receipt is valid for 24 hours. If your child transfers to another UIA flight within 24 hours after the departure of the first flight, one receipt is enough. If your child makes a transfer to another UIA flight for more than 24 hours from the departure of the first flight, you need 2 receipts. To view the sample, click here . In addition, the following documents are required:

Note from parents of the established sample;

Birth certificate of the child (original) or passport for children from 14 to 18 years;

A photocopy of the passport of one of the responsible persons responsible for the child legally (father / mother, guardian / guardian ...), a photocopy of the passport is not selected during check-in, ie the child can use it if necessary on the way back.

If a minor is traveling abroad with one of the parents' representatives (mother or father), both parents should apply to a notary to obtain a border crossing permit.
2. charterer and charter tours

The charter tour consists of two charter flights (round trip) and the tour itself.

The customer of charter transportation, or charter excursion pays the established UIA price for excursion. The price is not named per person.

The customer can change the time of departure from a particular point.

UIA reserves the right to delay the flight for no more than 24 hours. Next, cancel the flight.

UIA reserves the right to change the time of departure from the beginning.
3. Delay, cancellation and transfer of flights

UIA can delay the flight for no more than 24 hours. With a delay of more than 24 hours, but with the promise of UIA to perform a flight delay is considered a cancellation of the flight.

UIA reserves the right to refuse to reimburse the cost of tickets, including refunds if the delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the flight occurred for the following reasons: adverse weather conditions for the flight, restriction of buses by certain highways, restrictions on public transport passengers (by order representation of the country / countries of destination and / or management of UIA), the customer of the charter flight, or threat of flight.

A passenger may apply to UIA for a refund of the ticket if UIA delays the flight for more than 24 hours, if UIA has canceled the flight. The passenger must fill in the appropriate form on the website and the application form for the return of the ticket .

The passenger can return the money spent on the ticket, provided that he is ill and unable to travel and only if the conditions are set personally by UIA. However, UIA reserves the right to refuse the passenger to return the ticket if it is: unprofitable for UIA, the ticket belongs to the class of service where no return of the ticket is provided, if the ticket was purchased at low cost or charter flight.
4. Failure passenger boarding

UIA reserves the right to refuse the passenger transportation without refunding the money spent on the ticket, if: the passenger arrived for check-in, check-in or boarding in a state of alcohol or drug intoxication, or if UIA suspects that the passenger is in such a state .

If a passenger violates the company's safety rules, interferes with the activities of the crew and takes actions that are consequential, aimed at endangering the health, lives of passengers and crew members and the safety of the trip, or any other rules from this list.

In case of problems at the border control, lack of necessary documents.
