What is included in the insurance package?

• COVID-19 insurance (treatment for 14 days in the host country)

• sum insured within the limit

• medical expenses € 30,000

• deductible € 50

• accident € 1,000

• refund of 95% of the ticket price no later than 30 days before departure; and 30% of the ticket price no later than 3 days before departure

Warning! Please note that when applying to the UIA contact center for a refund of the insurance ticket, we will refund the cost of the ticket itself, which you can calculate yourself: from the total cost-15 UAH (cost of food), 150 UAH (cost of insurance), the rest the cost of the ticket directly.

This insurance is European and is valid even when traveling abroad (to Europe), but it is valid for only 2 days. If the UIA route for which you purchased a ticket is international, the cost of insurance may vary. You can find out the cost of insurance separately in the UIA contact center.

You do not have to travel with UIA to get insurance. You can travel with another car company, or by plane or on your own (car, train, etc.) and take out insurance from UIA, regardless of the transport you have chosen.
