Basic rules of animal transportation:

• Transportation of animals in the bus cabin

1. In the cabin of the bus you can carry 1 container with an animal (animals).

2. The total weight of the container should be up to 10 kg.

3. Parameters of the container - 55х40х23 cm.

4. Up to 3 animals can be placed in one container, provided that they coexist normally, can lie quietly and freely, stand and turn around calmly. Animals should not be cramped in one container.

5. For 1 passenger it is allowed to carry 1 container with animals on the flight.

6. UIA reserves the right to refuse service prior to boarding without refunding the purchase of the service if one or more of the above items do not comply.

7. It is forbidden to open the container and release the animals during the whole stay in the bus.

8. If you travel with animals that morally support passengers on the road, transporting passengers in the cabin will be cheaper. See the rules below and find out what to do.

• Transportation of animals in the baggage compartment:

1. In the luggage compartment of the bus you can carry 1 container with an animal (animals).

2. The total weight of the container should be up to 75 kg.

3. The parameters of the container should be equal to the parameters of luggage according to the terms of your tariff. The animal takes a flight to the luggage compartment instead of one piece of luggage.

4. Up to 2 animals can be placed in one container, provided that they coexist normally, can lie quietly and freely, stand and turn around calmly. Animals should not be cramped in one container.

5. For 1 passenger it is allowed to carry 1 container with animals on the flight.

6. UIA reserves the right to refuse service prior to boarding without refunding the purchase of the service if one or more of the above items do not comply.

7. You can order the service only by calling the UIA contact center and only 72 hours before departure.

• Transportation of animals for emotional support

1. Tvrina for emotional support can be transported only in the cabin of the bus. Such animals must be only one in a container and 1 passenger.

2. Animals for emotional support of the passenger are transported for 70% of the cost of the service.
